We are extremely happy with our recent office refurbishment from Carlisle Business Supplies.

From the initial consultation, design, drawings, colour options and plans.

 

The furniture as promised arrived on time and was assembled on site. The installation service was fast, efficient and very pofessional. The quality of the product was outstanding !  Having the the furniture installed saved us time and ensured the work was done properly.

 

The installation team were friendly and the work was to a high standard....An excellent job, delivered on time, on budget and with a smile, they even took away all the waste and packaging away to be recycled.

I find your web site very easy to use, and when I telephone the office I am always treated politely, even when I ask stupid questions. Everything I have purchased over the years has been to a high standard with next day delivery. Any furniture with a waiting time has always been delviered within the specified time. It was a pleasure dealing with you right from our initial meeting. You gave us valuable advice on how to make the best of the office space and your subsequent support throughout the process with all my various questions and amendments was very much appreciated.

Your installation team (Doug Gemmell and Alan Cartwright) arrived on site and got the desking and drawers sorted out quickly and cheerfully with minimal distruption to our business.

I have ordered from Carlisle Business Supplies for a number of years now.

We have always found the service first class.

Nehal and the team are always willing to help with any issue and delivery is always prompt..next day !

Even on the odd occasion where we have made a mistake with our order they have always rectified it for us, they always go the extra mile with customer service. I could not recommend them more highly , they are a great team.

I class Nehal more of a friend than a stationery supplier.

I was contacted approximately 3 years ago by a very pleasant lady named Nehal from CBS asking about suppliers that we used and would we be interested in viewing their catalogue.  We decided to give them a try and have not looked back since. 

Everyone you deal with are so pleasant and helpful.  I can ring up Nehal with a half description and she knows exactly what I mean and it arrives the next day.  The deliveries are prompt and delivered with a smile by the driver. 

We have since acquired another property and required new office furniture.  CBS were contacted and they were so helpful with the planning and ordering of all the new office furniture.  On delivery their team arrived to assemble everything and lay it all out.  All we had to do was sit down when it was finished! 

The costs supplied are competitive and therefore our company will continue to purchase from Carlisle Business Supplies.

We have been using the Carlisle Business Services on-line ordering facility since starting up an account with them in 2009. It’s so easy to use, quick, hassle free and because of the confirmation email that follows each order and the stored orders on the website, it makes it easy to follow a ‘paperless’ trail if anything needs to be checked off.

It’s really convenient having all of our prices ready to view and products easy to find on-line.

Another great thing for us is that as I order for different departments, the ability to set up cost control codes which means you can always keep a good track on what spending is relevant to the departments.

Really pleased with the whole system – works great for us in Durham !

We have been using Carlisle Business Supplies on-line ordering for a number of years now, and one of the best things we like about it is that it is so quick and easy to use. Every item is easy to find whether you use the item code, description or a key word. We also like the ability to compare products instantly...this is really beneficial to us. We know what price we will pay at the outset, and these factors combined with the personal service is brilliant, and if we get stuck we can always pick up the phone and talk to their web support team.

 

For an expanding company such as ours, we will see the benefit of being able to have delivery and costs allocated to our regional offices, but still keep our office supplies and furniture budget controlled through our main office at Dalston.

 

We have a first class partnership with CBS and look forward to dealing with them in the future.
