We have been using the Carlisle Business Services on-line ordering facility since starting up an account with them in 2009. It’s so easy to use, quick, hassle free and because of the confirmation email that follows each order and the stored orders on the website, it makes it easy to follow a ‘paperless’ trail if anything needs to be checked off.
It’s really convenient having all of our prices ready to view and products easy to find on-line.
Another great thing for us is that as I order for different departments, the ability to set up cost control codes which means you can always keep a good track on what spending is relevant to the departments.
Really pleased with the whole system – works great for us in Durham !

We have been using Carlisle Business Supplies on-line ordering for a number of years now, and one of the best things we like about it is that it is so quick and easy to use. Every item is easy to find whether you use the item code, description or a key word. We also like the ability to compare products instantly...this is really beneficial to us. We know what price we will pay at the outset, and these factors combined with the personal service is brilliant, and if we get stuck we can always pick up the phone and talk to their web support team.
For an expanding company such as ours, we will see the benefit of being able to have delivery and costs allocated to our regional offices, but still keep our office supplies and furniture budget controlled through our main office at Dalston.
We have a first class partnership with CBS and look forward to dealing with them in the future.

No more searching through catalogues for items, the CBS web site allows us to simply key in a product code or description and let the site find it for you !
This is a quick and easy to user friendly web site, with confirmation of your orders e-mailed straight back to you for your reference. I would highly recommend it.
